Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

include your order number + the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refund time: 5 – 10 business days (depending on your bank / card issuer).

Return Shipping Cost

We Cover Return Shipping.
If you return your order for any reason, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
No extra return fee will be charged to you.
